Can you describe the consent statement included at the bottom of the screening form?

BuildClinical only collects information that potential participants willingly enter into the screening form, and the information is based on screening questions that the researcher would like us to ask. After filling out a screening form, all participants are prompted to acknowledge the following statement before their information is securely transmitted to the researcher: “You agree that BuildClinical may provide your personal information to the research site to help determine if you are eligible for this study. Please refer to BuildClinical's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.”
