What is the consent statement on screening forms?

Before submitting their information, all participants must explicitly agree to the following: 

“You agree that BuildClinical may provide your personal information to third parties for the purpose of determining whether you are eligible for clinical study participation. Please refer to BuildClinical's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for more information.” 

This ensures informed consent for data sharing with the research site.
