Was my previous invoice paid?
To check if your invoice has been paid, open the invoice sent to your email. Click on “review and pay” found at the top or the bottom of the page.
If, upon clicking “review and pay", you are brought to a payment screen, the invoice has not been paid yet. You can pay the invoice by debit, credit, or bank wire transfer by following the instructions on the site.
If, upon clicking “review and pay”, you are brought to a page that says “Paid”, your invoice has been received.
You also have the ability to review whether your invoice has been paid by selecting the billing tab on the far left-hand ribbon in Foundation and selecting the study in question. All invoices that have been issued, along with their payment status, are shown in this view, as well as links for each invoice's QuickBooks payment site.
