What dates of service does my invoice cover?

In general, each invoice covers the next month's service period. Specifically, the due date of the invoice is the start of the service date and the invoice will cover a net 30 day period.

For example, if an invoice has a due date of October 14th. The service period for this invoice would be October 14-November 13.
