How does BuildClinical process and store data?

BuildClinical prioritizes data security and implements technical and organizational safeguards mandated by HIPAA, GDPR and industry best practices. Our systems employ server authentication, data encryption both in transit and at rest (using HTTPS and TLS 1.2 with a 2048-bit server key length), and healthcare industry standard network security methods. We employ 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) block cipher for encryption, to ensure data integrity and confidentiality. 

BuildClinical team members receive regular training on HIPAA, GDPR, and information security, and adhere to a defined information security program.
