Can we add more questions to the screening form?
Questions 1-8 (or 9/10 depending on when your screening form was created) are standard questions we include in our screening forms to optimize digital marketing performance, better qualify potential participants, and encourage participation from historically underrepresented groups in clinical research. We can add up to 11 custom questions (including key inclusionary/exclusionary questions) to help narrow down a lead's eligibility. We advise against adding more questions beyond 11 custom questions, as our data shows there is a significant drop-off rate beyond that amount, meaning leads start to exit out of the form if it is too long to complete.
Please let us know if you or the IRB need us to add more than 11 custom questions and we can check with our Marketing team to determine if any standard questions can be edited or consolidated to accommodate.
