• A custom QR code linking directly to your study-specific landing page
• Lead data retention, organization, and consolidation for accurate tracking
• UTM tracking setup for precise lead attribution
• Automatic link resets to stay aligned with any study changes
• Backend access for sites to view and manage their lead data

This package ensures that all incoming traffic and leads generated from your independent materials are accurately captured and attributed within the campaign.

2. Custom Flyer Package — $200 one-time design fee + $100/month (per site)

(Each additional flyer design: $100 one-time fee)

This package includes everything from the QR Code Package, plus a professionally designed flyer tailored to your study.

Includes:

• All features from the QR Code Package

  A custom, branded flyer design (8.5” x 11”) — delivered as both print-ready and digital PDF formats

  Built-in QR code linking to your study-specific landing page

  Two complimentary design revisions to ensure the flyer meets your needs

  • Additional revisions available for $50 each
• Ongoing flyer updates available following any study changes after launch
