Multi-Site Package Options


Package A – Unified Approach (No additional fee)

This Unified Approach offers a streamlined setup ideal for studies that want a single, cohesive presence across all locations.

Includes:

  • Target multiple locations (2+) under the same study ID
  • All leads funneled into one centralized site in Foundation (no site-specific routing)
  • A single set of creative materials and ad copy
  • One landing page listing all participating locations or institutions
  • No control over lead distribution (all leads are pooled together)

This option works best when sites are collaborating closely and there’s no need to differentiate recruitment activity or reporting across locations.


Package B – Site-Specific Approach (One-time fee per site)

The Site-Specific Approach provides individual visibility for each participating site while maintaining a shared campaign structure.

Includes:

  • Target multiple locations (2+) under the same study ID
  • Leads funneled into separate Foundation sites for each location (site-specific distribution)
  • Option to create unique creative sets (logos, colors, or messaging) per institution
  • Individual landing pages tailored with each site’s information
  • No control over lead distribution (leads are automatically allocated across sites)

This setup is ideal when sites operate independently and benefit from having their own materials and data visibility while still sharing the same campaign framework.


Package C – Lead Distribution (Monthly fee per site)

The Lead Distribution package provides the highest level of customization and control across multi-site campaigns.

Includes:

  • Target multiple locations (2+) under the same study ID
  • Leads funneled into separate Foundation sites for each location (site-specific distribution)
  • Option for custom creative sets by institution (logos, colors, messaging)
  • Individual landing pages with site-specific information
  • Full control over lead distribution, allowing you to set specific percentages (e.g., Institution A receives 40% of leads, Institution B receives 60%)

This option is recommended for teams managing multiple sites with distinct recruitment goals or enrollment capacities who want to control how leads are distributed.


Multi-Site Branding Options


Each multi-site package includes several branding configuration options to determine how your institutions will be represented across campaign materials.

Branding Options 1–3 are available for all Multi-Site Packages (A, B, and C).

Branding Option 4 is available only for Packages B and C.


Branding Option 1 – Combined Institutional Branding

Incorporates the branding of all participating institutions into one unified set of creatives, featuring all logos and shared design elements.


Branding Option 2 – Single-Institution Branding

Highlights one institution’s brand across all campaign materials with a single cohesive design.


Branding Option 3 – Unbranded Materials

Uses neutral creatives without institutional logos or branding, focusing solely on the study identity.


Branding Option 4 – Separate Branding per Institution (Available only for Packages B & C)

Provides distinct creative sets for each institution, allowing every site to maintain its own branding, logo, and design identity while remaining part of the broader campaign.
