Accessing OpenClinica EDC

Overview

When you are added to a study in OpenClinica EDC, you receive an email invitation with a one-time setup link. Use that link to create your password and log in for the first time.

Prerequisite

• You have access to a supported browser: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Firefox, or Safari.

How to log in for the first time

1. Open your invitation email from donotreply@openclinica.io.
2. Click Let's Go. This link opens the password setup screen. The setup screen displays your username at the top.
3. Create a password and enter it in the password fields.
4. Click the next arrow to submit your password. You will see a confirmation that your account has been updated.
5. Click the next arrow to continue to the login screen.
6. Enter your username or email address associated with your account and your new password.
7. Click Log In. The OpenClinica EDC home screen opens. Your home screen may look different depending on your role.

💡 Tip: Bookmark your OpenClinica EDC home screen after you log in for the first time. Your study's URL is also listed in your invitation email.
