My study just launched. Why am I getting so many/few leads?

When studies first launch, we sample data from many different approaches to understand which delivers the best results. This sampling is sometimes referred to as the “learning phase.” During this time, you should expect to see volatile results as we learn what is working best for your specific study. After a few days or weeks, you should start to see your lead volume level out.
