Will we be sent ineligible leads?

Yes. You will receive all screening form submissions from potential participants, whether they are deemed eligible or ineligible, based on the logic built into the screening form we created for your study. We encourage our clients to reach out to all potential participants, even if they are marked “New Lead / Ineligible” on our platform, as individuals can make mistakes and answer questions incorrectly when filling out the screening form.
