Does BuildClinical monitor and respond to comments on social media ads?

Due to platform restrictions, it is not possible to disable commenting on ads. Therefore we have software in place that automatically deletes trigger words, phrases, and negative comments on social media ads and posts. We do not manually respond to comments since any language used would not be pre-approved by the IRB.
