Can I pause my BuildClinical campaign?

You can pause your campaign at any time by emailing support@buildclinical.com. However, we do not recommend pausing for more than 1 month, as this can severely degrade performance. Any pause over 30 days incurs a $300 monthly fee charged on day 31.
