Can I pause my BuildClinical campaign?

You can pause your campaign at any time by emailing support@buildclinical.com. However, we do not recommend pausing for more than 1 month, as this can severely degrade performance. We also require a minimum of 10 days' notice before your renewal date for any campaign pauses. If the pause happens less than 10 days before renewal, your subscription will continue for the next month, and the service will be paused at the start of the following billing cycle.
