Can I cancel my BuildClinical campaign?

You can cancel your campaign at any time, regardless of the reason, by emailing support@buildclinical.com. We require a minimum of 10 days' notice before your renewal date for any cancellations. If cancellation happens less than 10 days before renewal, your subscription will continue for the next month, and the service will end at the start of the following billing cycle.
