Our Physical Assets Packages are designed to support study teams who plan to use their own outreach materials — such as flyers, posters, or handouts — to direct potential participants to their BuildClinical study landing page, in addition to the digital ads we deploy.
When external materials are used, it’s important that they are properly coordinated with our team to ensure accurate tracking, data collection, and campaign performance. Using our landing page independently, without alignment on tracking, can result in incomplete data and reduced algorithm efficiency.
To make this process seamless, we offer optional add-on packages that include co-branded materials, unique QR codes, and integrated tracking setup — helping your independent outreach work hand-in-hand with your ongoing campaign.

Multi Site Package
Our Multi-Site Packages are designed for study teams recruiting across multiple locations (two or more sites) under a single study ID. These packages provide flexibility in how leads are distributed, how your sites are represented, and how your study materials are branded — allowing you to select and work with our team to establish the setup that best fits your recruitment strategy and operational structure.
There is no additional cost associated with selecting among the following setup or branding options — your choice should be based on your study’s specific needs and how you wish to manage site representation and lead distribution.
